HI, I’m Shannon!
I’m an artist, musician, facilitator, people-gatherer, and 50/50 order/chaos muppet. I’ve had a hodge podge of jobs, and always find myself tending to work that helps people navigate ambiguity.
As a coach, I will meet you where you need the most support - whether it’s way up high trying to see the big picture, or in the weeds figuring out the next right thing. If it’s getting your resume ready for your next job, great. If it’s figuring out how to reconnect to your creativity, let’s do it. Within organizations, I love getting to know the strengths and gaps within teams and partnering with you on figuring out what supports people to do their best work and grow sustainably.
